These balloons are already filled with confetti.
– Increase the confetti effect by rubbing cloth on balloon surface softly, then confetti will begin to stick. Do this process again to increase the confetti effect.
Suitable for Air and Helium (Stays up to 12 hours after inflation)
We advised you please inflate the balloons on the same day of the event, then longer they will stay looking good.
All balloons are supplied un-inflated, simply blow up the balloon using a helium pump, manual or electric pump.
The life span may change in direct sunlight and warm temperatures.
Note:

2. Please allow 0.5-2cm differences due to manual measurements.
