If the item is damaged or the description was incorrect, we will be happy to refund the full costs which include the original cost and p&p for the item(s) as well as the postage cost incurred in returning the item.
Unsatisfied with your order? We are happy to issue you a refund when you return items after you have notified us within 14 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
